We have always prided ourselves on being at the forefront of new and beta releases of operating systems. Specifically, with Apple’s new iOS versions. In the past, we have been the first to market to provide testing capabilities on devices running these beta iOS versions. When Apple released its iOS 17 beta our team rushed to make sure that our customers could test their mobile apps on this new OS version. They discovered that since Apple changed the way you can connect to iOS devices our old connection process was no longer working.
It took some time, but we were the first to market to support iOS 17 beta simulators. Then our team had the breakthrough they needed to ensure that our data centers support iOS 17 Beta testing on real iOS devices. This covers devices in on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid deployments.
We are excited to give developers and testing teams the ability to get a head start on their mobile app testing ahead of the presumed fall release of iOS 17.
