This release introduces two enhancements across Automotive Testing and Cross-Browser Testing:
Automotive Testing: Start & Stop Commands – Android Auto & Apple CarPlay testing now supports dynamically starting and stopping projection sessions during test execution. Teams can seamlessly transition between standard mobile workflows and in-car projection testing within the same automation flow, helping validate more realistic connected car experiences.
Proxy Authentication for Manual Browser Sessions – Manual browser sessions now support authenticated proxy configuration directly from the UI. Previously available only for automation workflows, this capability is now extended to manual testing to support broader proxy and network validation scenarios.
26.4 also includes important platform improvements and bug fixes focused on stability, reliability, and overall testing experience.
